REFUND POLICY

Overview
At Iberipak, we are committed to transparency in all aspects of the commercial delegation programme. Because our programme involves a combination of logistical services and consulting work — both of which require advance commitments to third-party suppliers — our refund policy reflects the real constraints we operate under. We ask that all participants read this policy carefully before completing their registration.
Cancellation Deadline
Upon confirmation of your registration and receipt of payment, we will communicate the maximum deadline by which a cancellation request must be submitted to be eligible for a partial refund. This deadline is not set arbitrarily — it is determined by the cancellation terms imposed on Iberipak by its own suppliers, including accommodation providers, event organisers, transport services, and other partners involved in the delivery of the programme. As such, the deadline may vary between editions depending on the specific services and suppliers confirmed at the time of booking. Participants will always be informed of their applicable deadline in writing following purchase.
Cancellations Before the Deadline
Cancellation requests submitted in writing to info@iberipak.com before the communicated deadline are eligible for a refund of 80% of the total amount paid. The remaining 20% is retained by Iberipak to cover administrative costs, payment processing fees, and the consulting work already initiated on behalf of the participant — including the early stages of meeting curation and market entry preparation, which begin immediately upon confirmation.
Cancellations After the Deadline
Cancellation requests submitted after the communicated deadline are not eligible for a refund. By this point, Iberipak will have committed to and incurred costs with its suppliers that cannot be recovered. We understand this may be disappointing in certain circumstances, and we encourage participants to contact us as early as possible if they anticipate any difficulty in attending, so that we can explore available options together.
Programme Cancellation by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that Iberipak is required to cancel the programme due to circumstances beyond its control — including but not limited to force majeure events, insufficient registrations, or the unavailability of key venues or partners — registered participants will be offered a full refund of the amount paid or, where possible, the option to transfer their registration to a future edition of the programme.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@iberipak.com, clearly identifying the registered company, the name of the participant, and the reason for cancellation. Requests submitted by any other means will not be considered valid. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days of confirmation of the cancellation.
