TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: March 2026
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Iberipak - Iberia-Pakistan Business Alliance Associação (NIF 518812480, Rua Ponte da Pedra, nº 240, Armazém C2, 4470-108 Maia, Portugal) and any company purchasing a ticket or registering to participate in the commercial delegation programme.
By completing a registration or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Registration and Tickets
Participation in the delegation is subject to availability and to approval by the organising team. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a place. Confirmation will be sent by email following review of the application.
Tickets are sold exclusively to registered companies. Each ticket comprises two distinct components: a logistics fee covering accommodation, meals, transport, and event access; and a consulting fee covering the curation of business meetings, market entry guidance, and support throughout the programme.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the organiser.
If you do not yet have a registered company and are interested in participating, we recommend contacting your local chamber of commerce, which may be able to assist you in the process.
3. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm participation. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of registration. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Following purchase, participants will be informed of the maximum cancellation deadline applicable to their registration. This deadline is determined by the cancellation terms imposed on the organiser by its own suppliers and service providers, and may therefore vary depending on the edition and the services confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations submitted before the communicated deadline are eligible for an 80% refund. The remaining 20% is retained to cover administrative costs and payment processing fees incurred by the organiser.
Cancellations submitted after the communicated deadline are non-refundable. This reflects the fact that the organiser will have already incurred the corresponding costs with suppliers and will be unable to recover them.
5. Programme Changes
The programme is subject to change. The organiser reserves the right to modify sessions, speakers, venues, or timing without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants as early as possible.
6. What Is Included and Excluded
Included services are as described on the ticket page. Any services, expenses, or activities not explicitly listed as included are the sole responsibility of the participant. This includes, but is not limited to, flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, and meals not listed in the programme.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance to enter Portugal and participate in the programme. The organiser accepts no liability for costs or losses arising from failure to obtain the required documentation.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout all activities. The organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
8. Liability
The organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme, including but not limited to loss of business opportunity, travel disruption, or personal injury. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for their ticket.
9. Intellectual Property
All content produced by the organiser in connection with the programme — including materials, presentations, and communications — is the property of Iberipak. Participants may not reproduce or distribute such content without prior written consent.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
